Adventure Entry 1
Currently awaiting my next plane flight to Hong Kong and I've decided to start this little thing I've termed my Adventure-Entries.
But so far, this holiday has been relatively lacking in adventure.
May be considered a blessing though, no mishaps and no attempts to smuggle a pocketknife or any liquids onto the plane.
After only an hour sleep in Perth, and being rushed into a taxi to leave for the airport, my family and I were ushered into a plane.
As usual, I did not enjoy flying.
Although my favourite movie was on.
The movie that details our "Flight Path" including how long till we reach our destination and the amount of kilometres left so said destination.
I like counting down the minutes and kilometres.
Nevertheless, I was still able to doze off a couple times and wake up with blinding neck pains.
Though I would like to apologize to the man sitting to my right who's shoulder I think I dozed off on.
Also, suprisingly cold on the plane.
And I'm happy I have quite a short stature so I don't feel so crammed into the plane seats.
Well, a very uneventful last couple hours.
Me attempting to deal with my phobia of airports and planes, probably related to my claustrophobia.
Quick Review on Singapore Changi Airport
Of course, just like everyone says, it is a nice airport.
I generally don't like airports though.
I don't like the feeling of waiting. I find it uncomfortable and disconcerting.
And the airport carpet is different to what I remember.
I remembered it being a deep blue, though now its patterned green?
Hard to describe.
Come see for yourself, I suppose.
Ok.
Off to kill some time.
Either continue playing on my laptop, or off to quench my thirst and rumbling stomach.
I might take the second option.
Signing off, GenerallyJen.
Jennifun fact:
It amused me how many kids are on leashes these days.
Saw an adorable little girl with a monkey backpack of which the moneky's tail was a leash, that was tethered to her Mum.
Although, it may be fair enough.
Once the backpack was removed, the little girl sprinted down the airport terminal leaving her mother with a multitude of bags and another child.
Someone did come to her rescue though, and it was back on with the Monkey Backpack.
